I have not made any major design changes to the level since the last post, instead I have begun adding scripts to the level. Right now the player is able to pickup and replenish their health and ammo as needed. The keys that will trigger the lift and open the final gate are also able to be picked up and will trigger the lift and the gate.
I am still working on building the zombies and adding scripts to them that will make them hostile to the player and able to damage the player. I have also been working on scripts that will spawn zombies from the zombie spawners. I am also working on adding the ability for the player to shoot at and fight back against the zombies.
My partner found herself getting quickly lost in the city area of the level and suggested that I add more to nudge the player in the direction of the key and will tell the player what needs to be done. She also suggested that I add more to the city to make it feel more like it's in the midst of a zombie apocalypse, and maybe add some trees to the terrain area.
